An overprotective party girl hopes to reconnect with her envious sister by pushing her to be open to new experiences while on a bonding trip. The sisters are forced to take shelter in an abandoned theater during a vicious blizzard where they find a mysterious runaway. The two form a relationship with the boy, whom their neglectful father, a police detective, searches for.
